Happy 5th birthday, Firefox!
After its release on 9th November 2004, the open-source browser quickly became a firm favourite with web desigers and developers alike.
In only five years, Firefox is now the world’s second most popular browser (after Internet Explorer).
As well as being a stable and fast web browsing platform, for web developers like us, Firefox’s real advantage over other browsers, is the add-ons system which allows us to use invaluable add-ons like the powerful Firebug.
