Interface Design

Our background in multimedia and New Media design means we know a lot about interface design; we have been doing it for years. If an interface we design means our applicatiobs need instructions for someone to use it, we did something wrong.

We are looking to reduce our interfaces and interactions to an elegant simplicity. What’s the absolute most simple to get a task done? That’s our starting point.
We want to know how easy it was for users to learn they first time they used a design? How quickly they preformed a task? How easy it was to come back to the design later without having to relearn the task? If there are any constant errors made in interaction and how easy it is to resolve them? We want to know how the overall experience was for users. This might all sound like we are a little obsessive, but these shape a user’s judgement of your products and services.
